The Basic Plan is free forever and never takes a payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can create a card, try it, and decide about a paid plan afterwards.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, ask us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why. This applies to your first purchase of a plan, whether yearly or lifetime.
After the 7-day window we do not refund the period already paid for, because the card stays live and usable throughout it. You can cancel a yearly plan at any time to stop the next renewal.
A yearly plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, write to us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it and cancel the plan.
Your card is not deleted. It returns to the free Basic Plan, so your link and QR code keep working, with the free plan's features. Paid-only details — your address, extra social links and the enquiry form — stop being shown until you upgrade again.
Email business@dbccard.com from the email address on your card, with your card link. We reply within two working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by the payment provider that processed your purchase, and usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
We may decline a refund where a plan has been bought and refunded repeatedly on the same card or email address, or where the card breaches our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
If anything here is unclear before you buy, ask us first at business@dbccard.com. We would rather answer a question than process a refund.
