Questions about your digital card
What is a DBC Card?
A DBC Card is a digital business card: a web page at your own link that holds your name, title, business, phone, email, website and — on paid plans — your address and social links. You share the link or its QR code, and the person opening it can call, email or save your contact straight away.
Is it a physical card?
No. DBC Card is digital only — a shareable link, a QR code and a Save Contact button. There is nothing to print, carry or reorder.
Do the people I share it with need an app?
No. Your card opens in any phone or computer browser. Nobody needs to install anything or create an account to view it or save your contact.
Can people save my contact details?
Yes. The Save Contact button adds your details to the viewer’s phone contacts in one tap.
Can I update my information later?
Yes, at any time. Go to dbccard.com/[yourcardname]/edit, verify with the email on your card, and change your details. Your card link stays the same.
What is included in the free plan?
The Basic Plan is free forever. It includes your own card and link, a QR code, Save Contact, your phone, email and website, and a choice of the Signature and Clean designs. Paid plans add all five card designs, your address and social links, and a lead capture form.
Do I need to use WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp is optional. You can add it if your clients use it, or leave it off and rely on call, email and your website.
How are paid plans billed?
Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
