Home / Use Cases / Doctors & Clinics
A patient asks for the clinic's address once, writes it on a prescription slip, and loses it. The second question is always the timings, and the third is whether you sit on Sundays.
One link answers all three, and the patient saves your number in the same tap — which matters most to the people who will need it in a hurry.
Paid, mainly for the address with its map link. Premium also carries an emergency and medical section that stays hidden until it is tapped.
The free plan gives you the card, the link, the QR code, Save Contact and one Facebook link. See what each plan includes.
Is patient information stored on the card?
No. The card holds only what you put on it — your clinic's public details. It is not a patient record, and nothing about a patient is collected by it.
Can the receptionist update the timings?
Yes, from the card's edit link. Changes appear immediately on the same link and QR patients already have.
What is the emergency section for?
It holds blood group, conditions and emergency contacts for the card's own owner, shown only when somebody taps to open it. It is optional and stored only with your consent.
