Digital business cards for gym trainers

A personal trainer's clients belong to the gym until the trainer gives them a way to stay in touch directly — and trainers move gyms often.

A card the client saved travels with you. So does the QR on your phone case, which is the one most trainers actually use.

What belongs on the card

Why it earns its keep

Which plan

Paid, for the enquiry form and extra social links. Free works perfectly well to start.

The free plan gives you the card, the link, the QR code, Save Contact and one Facebook link. See what each plan includes.

How to set it up

  1. Create the card with the details your clients should see — name, number with country code, and business.
  2. Add the actions you actually answer on: call, WhatsApp, email, website.
  3. Download the QR and put it where your customers already are — counter, board, camera strap, printed card.
  4. Open the card once on your own phone before sharing it. Whatever is wrong there is wrong for everybody.

Questions gym trainers ask

Can clients book sessions through the card?

Not directly. The card carries your WhatsApp and an enquiry form, which is how almost every booking in this trade is actually made.

Can I show diet or workout plans?

You can link to them, but the card is public to anyone with the link, so never put a client's personal plan on it.

What if I train at more than one gym?

List the locations and timings together on one card; clients choose the one nearest them.
