Digital business cards for insurance agents

Insurance is bought once and remembered at claim time, often years later, usually in an emergency, and frequently by a family member who never met you.

The number has to still be findable on that day. A card the policyholder saved, and a link they can forward to a relative, survives a changed phone far better than a printed card in a policy folder.

Which plan

Paid, for the enquiry form: a prospect comparing policies will leave their number at eleven at night when they would never ring you.

The free plan gives you the card, the link, the QR code, Save Contact and one Facebook link. See what each plan includes.

How to set it up

  1. Create the card with the details your clients should see — name, number with country code, and business.
  2. Add the actions you actually answer on: call, WhatsApp, email, website.
  3. Download the QR and put it where your customers already are — counter, board, camera strap, printed card.
  4. Open the card once on your own phone before sharing it. Whatever is wrong there is wrong for everybody.

Questions insurance agents ask

Can I put policy documents on the card?

No, and you should not — a card is public to anyone with the link. Keep documents in the channel you already use with each client.

Does it work for a team of agents under one agency?

Each agent gets their own card today. Multi-member accounts are not sold yet, and we will not promise a date.

Can I show my agency's branding?

You can put your agency name, your logo and your own colours on the card, as long as you are entitled to use them.
