Digital business cards for wedding planners
A wedding is planned by a committee — parents, siblings, an aunt with opinions — and your details are passed between all of them before anyone calls you.
Whatever is easiest to forward is what gets forwarded. A link beats a photograph of a visiting card taken in bad light.
What belongs on the card
- What you actually handle — full planning, decor only, catering coordination — stated plainly, because families ask this first.
- Photographs of past weddings, linked, because this trade is judged entirely on them.
- The number that is answered during the season, which may not be your personal one.
- An enquiry form, since first contact is often made late at night by a nervous relative.
Why it earns its keep
- Packages and availability change through the season; the card can change daily.
- Vendors — photographers, decorators, caterers — hand your link to their own clients.
- A family that saved your contact in November books in February without searching for you again.
Which plan
Premium, for the service list: families compare packages, and a card that answers "what do you cover" earns the call.
The free plan gives you the card, the link, the QR code, Save Contact and one Facebook link. See what each plan includes.
How to set it up
- Create the card with the details your clients should see — name, number with country code, and business.
- Add the actions you actually answer on: call, WhatsApp, email, website.
- Download the QR and put it where your customers already are — counter, board, camera strap, printed card.
- Open the card once on your own phone before sharing it. Whatever is wrong there is wrong for everybody.
Questions wedding planners ask
Can I show packages and prices?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Many planners list package names and what each includes, and leave the price for the conversation.
Can I change it mid-season?
As often as you like. The link and QR never change, so anything already printed stays correct.
Can my vendors have their own cards?
They can each create their own. There is no joint or team account on sale today.
